 The Tech walks up to the Compuspections Program and selects the category
- Car / Light Truck
- Motorcycle
- Trailer
- Scans card
decoding the VIN#.
- Manually enters inspection data.
- Creates Record.
- Prints the 2 x 4 pink copy and places in glovebox.
- The Program Manager / Owner will print the white copies for the Virginia State Police. Eight records per page can be printed on 8.5 x 11.

The yellow copies will not be retained at the Inspection Stations in paper form. Data will be stored in electronic form in the Inspection Database. The white copy of the inspection form will be printed on 8.5 x 11 in groups of 8. The inspection manager will forward the inspection certifications to the Virginia State Police and will include a summary of inspection information for auditing purposes, database entry, etc.
